+While ternary vectors have been around a long time, they have recently been uncovered again as being important to improving transformation. We offer a novel system for including yet another plasmid. We most commonly use this system for helping to keep our other plasmid sizes manageable, while also incorporating a type three secretion system (T3SS) that delivers effectors for our specific plant of interest.
