Electrocompetent cell prep can be tedious &amp; unrewarding. We have a few protocols available.

In the purest form, you only need to collect cells at a high density without contaminants and in 10% glycerol. We recommend starting from fresh 2 day old cultures, or collecting from a 2 day old plate.</description>
